POTATOES BALLS

Ingredients for 4 persons

1 kg and half of Potatoes
Flour
2 Yolks
Salt
Basil
Sauce

Prepare tomato sauce more fluid than usually.
In other pot prepare some tomato sauce of normal density.
Boil 1 kg and half of potatoes, mince them and knead with half kg of flour, two yolks, and salt. If you want you can add a few of basil cut. If necessary to knead add other flour.
Make your balls of the dimensions of a big walnut.
Put your balls in the fluid sauces a few tor times and leave them for 3 or 4 minutes.
Pull them outside and put them in a great dish trying not lying upon.
Dress them with the normal density sauce that you have prepared, put cheese you prefer (we use parmesan).
Continue the operation until finish to cook your potatoes balls.
