Ingredients for 4 persons:
1 kg of black mussels.
Olive oil
Parsley
Garlic
Salt
If you want you can use some tomato, I prefers without it.
Procedure:
To put in a pot the mussels entire with the shell, after to have very washed them, and to cook to slow fire. When they are opened (15 minutes) to collect the water that has come some outside and, after filtered it, to put it in a bowl.
In an other pot, possibly nonstick, to put olive oil (in kind a spoon to person) and 2 clove of garlic. When oil will be hot to put in mussels with their water that we have put in a bowl, you regulate yourselves if put all the water or only a part of it.
In an other pot you put to cook the spaghetti.
To half cook of spaghetti take it and put in pot with mussels and finish to cook it there.
Now turn off cooker, put on spaghetti a little of chop parsley and cover pot for other 5 minutes.
P.S. If you want to add to some tomato do it:
In a small pot you put olive oil, and a few tomatoes.
Do cook it for some minutes.
After some minutes put it into the pot with mussels and leave cook it for 4 minutes.
Now you add the spaghetti and finish to cook it there.
Important:
Use salt in according to your taste; remember that mussels are salty so is important that you taste often your dish!
Gimmick:
If your tomatoes are a little bitter, when you cook it, you can add a tip of teaspoon of sugar!
